LA provides civil design services specializing in water resources engineering throughout the United States. Our multi-disciplinary company allows us to assemble a project team that can include civil, chemical, and agricultural engineers, hydrologists, and geologists to develop unique solutions.
Representative LA civil engineering projects include municipal engineering for water and wastewater including source supply development, transmission, distribution, storage and treatment. LA has completed master plans for funding allocation, final designs, plan development and construction observation. LA will complete drainage and flood studies as part of development permits within the land use process and can provide storm water master plans and final designs for our development and municipal clients. We have completed large earthwork projects, site grading and landscape transformation in excess of 15 million cubic yards. Site grading for our clients can be designed at all scales.
Our engineering approach emphasizes the importance of working with local utility personnel, local governments and the permitting or regulatory agency throughout the project to ensure that the appropriate system improvements will best meet the unique needs of each community. LA has assisted several small communities in securing alternate funding sources and conducting financial planning investigations to ensure that the appropriate rate schedules are developed for debt retirement. LA’s project work never ends with the last shovel. LA stays involved with our clients for many years after project completion.
