Ms. Kate Laudon, PE, PG: Geologist
Ms. Laudon is a Vice President of the firm, a registered professional engineer and a registered professional geologist. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Geology from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh, and Masters Degree in Geologic Engineering from Washington State University. She brings over 25 years of experience in the design and installation of water supply wells, aquifer testing, geophysical logging, ground water quality monitoring, hydrogeologic investigations, and environmental permitting. She has performed geophysical and geologic investigations to determine ground water availability and supply throughout the United States. She has been responsible for well construction and development in Wyoming, Colorado, Oregon, and Minnesota. Ms. Laudon has become familiar with the state and local regulatory agencies, as well as the permitting requirements associated with federal OSM, NRC, CAFO, RCRA, UIC, NPDES, and UST regulations. Her combination of regulatory and consulting experience has helped Ms. Laudon gain valuable insight into the technical, economic, environmental, and regulatory issues that often accompany ground water, mining, and waste disposal projects.
