Mr. Marty Jones, PE: Principal Engineer
Mr. Jones is a principal engineer and registered professional engineer. He has a Bachelors of Science Degree and a Masters of Science Degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Wyoming. He has 24 years of experience in water resources and engineering studies. He has extensive experience in the field of mine reclamation. His roles have varied from project manager for large reclamation projects to project engineer for developing hydrologic restoration plans for mine sites. He has been the supervising and lead design engineer for 20 mine land projects with construction costs that total more than $22 million dollars. Mr. Jones also has extensive experience in the fields of hydrology, hydraulic design and incorporating investigations of these types into construction plans and specifications. He has been the project manager for a number of these projects where he has supervised field data collection, hydrologic and hydraulic design, evaluating water system conveyance systems infrastructure and developing rehabilitation plans. The projects have been conducted throughout the western United States including Wyoming, Oregon, Washington, Colorado and South Dakota.
